Team Saunders and Hart tackle the TAC Rally, Belgium in the 6R4. 3 groups of 4 stages (approx 130km in total) all on classic Belgian roads in the Flanders region.
Organised by the ‘Slowly Sideways’ Team Belgium, approximately 25 cars (Groups A & B) tackled the rally stages ahead of the ‘field’ which was led by Freddie Loix and eventually won by him in his Ford Focus WRC. Luckily there was no rain, but really cold conditions, so it was difficult to get the engine temperature right until the end of the day when the ambient temperature had warmed up.
A great event and a must for any ‘Slowly Sideways’ competitor. Great stages, great hospitality and a trouble free run in the Unipart MG Metro 6R4 C96 KOG.
